Wireguard intermittent handshake fail when LuLu enabled

Overview

Wireguard App version: 1.0.16 (also tried with Passepartout 3.0.2)
LuLu 3.0.1
macOS sequoia 15.2

Rules for wireguard (Passepartout) services are set to Allow (any address:any port)

LuLu is enabled

The first connection to the wireguard server fails (rarely that it connects on the first try) almost always and shows a lot of wireguard log entries like:

2025-01-24 18:41:18.765 [NET] peer(...) - Failed to send data packet: write udp4 0.0.0.0:50772->IPADDRESS:51820: sendto: broken pipe

In wireguard I then have to click on Deactivate and Activate, and repeat that until it connects.

LuLu is disabled

The handshake always works. I can disconnect, connect, try other tunnels. It's always working.
