Use qualifier for dates instead of creation/end date for certain trees, such as "position held"

In case of P39, is not significant creation date of position item, but P580-P582 qualifier of P39, because are the values for relationship of main item, specially when the position boxes has no other down level because position has no P39, obviously. (amadalvarez)

For instance, all jobs held by a person should use P580-P582 instead of the properties of the item
