I would love to be able to automatically change eBook layout/Page layout/Color filters configuration profile based on specific label.

Not same, but you can create different version of config, if you aren't doint it already, and just switch them:

[ollm]

In the next version I will make it possible to apply automatically a custom config if the folder/file has a label.
