vcs.f not generated correctly #455

The vcs file list (vcs.f) generated does not include the path of toplevel and the simulation therefore fails. This is in reference to the new vcs tool api to be used in sim flow: vcs.py

Not sure I understand this correctly and haven't encountered any issues myself. Could you give an example of what you would expect it to look like?
