Titled items coming in w/o titles

@patrickmj when submissions are titled in Contribution form, the item is added w/o a title.

@sheilabrennan I'm closing a bunch of issues without comments because it looks to me like they are all the result of one underlying problem. so, I think a new round of testing for them all is in order.

Still no titles on contributed items when titles added.

yikes. is this with, or without UserProfiles activated? and if so, with the most recent pull of that?

With newest version of User Profile pulled, and activated.
