Support for WPA3 EPS H2E authentication

Describe the bug 🪲
Remote users protect their WiFi network using WPA3 EPS H2E authentication. This is still will be supported by the FW starting AMT20 and needs to be supported by the toolkit as well

To Reproduce 🪜

• setup a home environment with Wireless WPA3 EPS H2E authentication
• Use an AMT20 device as endpoint
• Try to provision and configure the device

Expected behavior
System is provisioned and connected
