Forward Test Signal of Integration Tests back to OCM Main Repository #306

What would you like to be added:

For now we would like to forward the Test Signal from https://github.com/open-component-model/ocm-integrationtest/actions/workflows/integrationtest.yaml into the main Repository so that it shows as a test failure or success in PRs and on main.

Why is this needed:

This can then be used to gate PRs and / or releases. Currently the slack channel to which the notification is sent is not close enough of a shift left to have the developers look at it.

Test signal is now forwarded and we directly consume it as a workflow, making it much easier to observe.
