Mojaloop: set up and provide lab environment access to Kanzu Code

Peter Kakoma of Kanzu Code has a need to access our lab environment to continue testing of his interoperable mobile wallet for Uganda that he's building on Mojaloop. He as a Mifos partner and current member of our ecosystem would be a good test case to define and ideally automate the level of access and onboarding procedure for new participants in our lab environment.
