what should we do about hashicorp copyright lines?

There are quite a few Copyright (c) HashiCorp, Inc. references. Should we remove them or append to them? I can also just leave them. I just want to make sure.

@jessebot Great question. We are legally required to keep them and then append OpenBao's own notices for our work. Any brand new source in brand new files would use just OpenBao's copyright. If the old source were to be copied forward the appropriate copyright must follow. We do not want to preemptively apply Hashicorp's copyrights to all source, only where it correctly applies.
