Review angular component location + relevance

All the components have been organized; it would make sense to review they are in a meaningful place.

Some components have been renamed; it would make sense to review whether others should be as well.

Some components are not really used; should they remain? If so should they be moved? This concerns label, backend-not-available, generic-table-edit-layout, generic-split-layout
