Extract temperatures from direction text

It's useful to highlight temperatures in the user interface since they're an important detail to note during meal preparation.

This task tracks implementing temperature detection across recipe directions so that these values can be extracted and returned to the crawler, and ultimately stored in the search engine.

In future these values should be rendered in a locale-determined temperature scale to the user (pending openculinary/frontend#3 )
