If have started the development for a binding to control amazon echo devices. I will provide it as pull request, after successfully beta test phase which I have started here: https://community.openhab.org/t/first-public-beta-openhab2-amazonechocontrol-binding-controling-alexa-from-openhab2/37844
Current features:
Autodiscover of Amazon Echo devices in the Amazon account (also Echo Dot will work)
Control next/previous/pause/continue
Control volume
Control shuffle
Display current title, subtitle1, subtitle2
Connect/disconnect bluetooth
Display bluetoothconnection id and device name
Start/Stop playing radio
