  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue with the failing GitHub Actions due to bad credentials. The [email protected] was failing because it was using a token that did not have the necessary permissions.

The changes in this PR ensure that the correct token is being used for the [email protected].

Summary of Changes

• Modified the .github/workflows/issue-robot.yml file to use a different token for the [email protected].
• The token used now is MY_NEW_TOKEN, which has been added to the repository secrets and has the necessary permissions.

After these changes, the GitHub Actions should run successfully without any credentials issues.
