I intend to implement the functions of using scFoundation and CellPLM for batch integration, evaluated in the embeddings level.

Describe alternatives you've considered

After reveiwing the implementation of Geneformer and scGPT, I believe that the zero-shot version is enough.

Adding one or both of these models would be great. It should like you have already looked at the code for some of the methods but you can find more information about how to contribute components here https://openproblems.bio/documentation/. We also have a weekly co-working meeting where some of the core developers will be available to answer questions https://openproblems.bio/events/weekly_coworking/.

Hi thanks, I will join the weekly meeting. I have tested the codes in cloud and they work well. I also have some problems in running the 1.1.0 version openproblems codes. If I use openproblems/1.0.4, I will meet an error known as no module: openproblems. I will try to figure them out.

Great! If you use one of our prepared Docker images all the Open Problems code should already in included and you just need to add packages for the method you are adding.
