Enhancement Request

Translate other tabs of the OpenStudio application, not just the site tab.
I'd particularly like to see Spanish.

Funding is the issue here. see https://github.com/openstudiocoalition/OpenStudioApplication/wiki/Internationalization:-Translating-the-OpenStudioApplication-to-another-target-language especially

Drive interest in supporting the full development of the feature (via in-kind or financial contributions):
Translating is somewhat easy ("just" need someone who knows English and the target language) and relatively fast, the problem is setting up the app so you can translate it and that takes some annoying code changes

But it's good to have an issue to track this.

What is the status of this? It looks like there were quite a few contributors. Why was only the site tab translated?

Have you seen my comment right above from 20 days ago?

We have to go through most of the code to set up specific tags so it's translatable, rally people once again, review PRs and all.

We just prioritize other things like bug fixes, keeping up with OS SDK / E+ releases, and a couple of new features when we still have a bit of budget.

I carried the work for the site tab (did the entire heavy lifting of setting it all up to begin with, and did the French translation obviously). I then found translators that generously agreed to translate and got them setup. Thank you again to all of you!
My hope was that it'd drive interest from one or two (large) organizations (public or private) around the globe that depend on it and would be willing to finance the rest of translation.

I ballpark the budget needed to do it all at around 20k. That's not a lot of money in the grand scheme of things but it's a massive chunk of our annual budget for everything.

Funding is always the issue.

@jmarrec Thank you, I did not realize the level of effort/cost required by the OpenStudio Coalition.
