Query Regarding API and Global Report Page Status

I’ve noticed that both the API page and the Global Report page are not functioning as expected. Specifically:

The API page returns a 503 Service Unavailable error when accessed and that it fails to fetch https://ihr.iijlab.net/ihr/api/swagger.yaml?1234, also CORS issue.
The Global Report page also seems to encounter issues, potentially related to server unavailability.
In the browser console, I see a Failed to load resource error and the Access-Control-Allow-Origin header is missing, which could also indicate a server-side configuration issue.

I wanted to check if the server is currently under maintenance or experiencing downtime. If so, do you have an ETA for when it might be back online?
