Roadmap? Make easier for community to contribute

Hello to all!

In August last year @adamcooke published Postal v2, can we expect a yearly update?
Having a Roadmap could improve community contribution, for example, I would invest some time in adding more API features (for now not possible) if I know what is the objective of the new milestone.

Or if the objective of the milestone is to make Postal more scalable, the community could contribute to testing, debugging, documenting, and maybe even developing part of the code.

I think that even small updates (with public milestones) but yearly could be a nice idea to slowly but constantly improve with a more community contribution.
