Trouble setting up Security TLS.

So I have this server I've just installed Postal onto; we are having trouble configuring the TLS though. it seems to install the certificates fine but this is the outlook message when trying to connect a client:

Send test email message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) email server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
Using port 25 STARTTTLS

Is anybody able to help me please?
Using Ubuntu 24 with the latest Postal Installed

Postal was not really intended to be used with desktop Outlook. You would have to look at Postal logs to figure out what Outlook was trying to do.
