The option meant for BPFile engine, if stays in for InSituMPI, the staging application will not work. Problem shows up on Titan and Summit

The problem happens with SST too. SST either crashes or gives wrong numbers with the heat transfer example.

I found this error with BP4 too. With substream option (for aggregation), BP4 is hanging without finishing.
