[Bug] ipad端后台播放问题 #312

IPad8无法后台播放，在前端完全正常播放时切后台声音就会暂停，此时切回前台，原本在播放的视频卡死，需要手动暂停再继续才能正常播放；如果过一段时间再切回去就会如图响应超时，也需要手动暂停继续才能正常播放。网络全程正常，前台一直能正常播放，无论是否启用优选cdn都有这个问题

这个是iOS对于后台使用gpu限制导致的，之前有试过切换至听视频并关闭弹幕可以在后台继续播放，但后来又不行了，不清楚原理
