[Bug] 切換合集中其他影片時封面不變化（关闭自动播放）

问题描述

禁用「進入詳情頁自動播放」時，在影片詳情頁切換合集中其他影片，上方封面不跟隨影片變化。

复现步骤

在播放器設置中禁用「自動播放」，進入任意包含在合集中的影片，切換到合集中其他影片。

预期行为

切換影片時封面跟隨變化。
