[Bug] 无法使用手写笔输入

问题描述

平板上无法使用手写笔输入（已测试在官方bilibili客户端、telegram、 chrome中能够正常手写输入）

复现步骤

使用 gboard+三星tabs9 ,在输入框中使用手写笔输入文字

预期行为

输入法能够正确获取焦点，并正确使用手写笔手写输入
