We don't have one yet so we would need to create one from scratch. If there is a template we can use that would be super helpful.

I'm not so much concerned about the policy itself but more about the implications -- we currently have no mechanism for users to request to remove their PII from the system, and we are, as far as I know, not GDPR compliant.
