The executables in the README are present and work as expected.

This works as expected. I'm not sure why the map server has -1, 0, and 100. This is fine for a map, but the README specifically gives an example about -1, 0, and 1 for unknown, unoccupied, and occupied. It may be more clear to use the occupied number 1 to more closely follow the example.
