Once the connection is interrupted, the status bar indicates that the connection is closed, however, it provides to option to establish a connection.

Acceptance Criteria

a "reconnect" icon/button is rendered at the end of the closed connection message
the button only shows when the connection is interrupted
the button establishes the connection when clicked
