I'm wondering if this is an oversight, or done on purpose, but I notice that there is no check for dust_limit for output_amounthere. However, all other outputs are excluded if the amount is less then the dust_limithere. Shouldn't all outputs be excluded if less than the dust limit?

Sorry I hadn't noticed this issue, but the links don't work anymore so I'm not sure what they were pointing to. I think there are still a couple of places where there is no check for dust, but I think it's in places where it wouldn't make sense to have dust.
