Add some "How to contribute" page with informations:

About binaries
- How to use them
How to fix common CI problems
How to propertly write manifests.
Naming conventions
Recommended workflow before pushing.
- Run checkver, create git hooks, ... example

that would be great if you can make a PR for the pages inside guide section (docs/guide/contribute/README.md).
