Query Biomart with genelist and return list of genomic coordinates

Write functions to retrieve genomic coordinates for all transcripts from Biomart for the reference given in the VCF header. Possibly have to parse HG19 / GRChv37 and 38 - also return the ensembl ids for the transcript and genes; have to check these for the biologically active variant as annotated by CellBase?
