The test for Test\PaypalPayoutsSDK\Payouts\PayoutsItemGetTest::testPayoutsItemGetRequest failed for me. It appears that the $resource_id in the construction of PayoutsItemGetRequest() is hard-coded with a token that may no longer be working.

Not a critical problem, just raising it for your information. Or, I might be misguided and did something wrong.
