Add Prediction Analysis example to Examples

Is your feature request related to a problem?

There is a prediction analysis notebook today (prediction_studio/Predictions.ipynb) that shows how to use the Prediction class. We'd like to include that in the doc examples, something like "Example Prediction Analysis" analogous to ADM.

The notebook already works off no data using a fake data generator (could be improved)
