Compare Arena Leader Board

The results from https://odin-arena.9c.gg/graphql should match Mimir’s arena leaderboard.
We need to write a test to verify that the avatars and rankings are identical.
However, since the arena service currently lacks a parameter for receiving a block index, it's impossible to confirm alignment at a specific point in time.
Please add this feature first, so we can proceed with the testing.
