시즌3는 완전 자동화대신 사람이 중간 결과물 확인하고 넘어가는 식으로
DataProvider에 요청해서 전체목록파악
처리건당 tx는 재활용되야함(잔고부족등의 이유가 아니면 논스가 유지되야함)
목록을 만들어서 슬랙에 업로드

운영용 스크립트 #8 에서 수동으로 단계별 결과 파일로 뽑기 가능
셀러리 비동기 태스크 처리 #10 에서 전체목록파악 자동화 진행중
