Arduino IDE version outdated

Hi,

I just wanted to inform you, that seemingly there is an issue with the lib version in Arduino IDE. Specifically, despite version 8.2.0 being released on Jan 5th, the version showing up in my Arduino IDE (Linux, v2.3.2) on Jan 25th is still 8.1.0, see screenshot. I understand a normal update time is ~1-2 days, so maybe there is an issue with the Arduino crawler, or some detail in library.properties is incorrect...? Just wanted to let you know.
