Within the documentation folder there are multiple docx files. It is preferred to use either plain text or Markdwn on GitHib as those can be rendered whereas docx files are required to be downloaded first.

Switch the docx files to text or markdown.

Also seems to be team meeting minutes with in the folder. These should not be put here as they are not related to the actual project.
