Generally speaking, the Treasury page seems not to support the spendLocal and newer spend flow?

At least, this is the case in Moonbeam.

Is this something that is expected to be fixed at some point in time?

It would be good if we can get support for the new interface here since proposeSend isn't really supported anymore.
It's related to this PR here - and will be an addition on top of #11218 and what we already added.

Generally speaking, the Treasury page seems not to support the spendLocal and newer spend flow?

I agree we should add this to our queue, and get support for it.
