Adjust the hot reloading logic for document models and editors to cover packages in general

• Implement the input field and install button in the UI (only for local connect env.)
• From Connect, call the install method from PH cli using the appropriate RPC mechanic (vite middleware REST call)
• Update the powerhouse.config.json file with the new entry
• Implement the same hot reloading logic in the reactor
