Attaching Existing Resource to an MVW?

Hi folks,

Try as a I might, I cannot identify the correct identifier to attach individual volumes to the record for an MVW.

This is the MVW:

These are my individual volumes:

For instance, on the third volume:

are both listed as identifiers in the same. Yet submitting these returns an error message.

(One of our student team has previously created quite extensive structmaps for these volumes, I'd be grateful if we could preserve them.)
