Support Issues for Pulp-Riscv-Gnu-Toolchain?

I am not sure if the pulpino is supported by the pulp-riscv-gnu-toolchain or not? I read in this thread that it is not supported by the toolchain.

It also didn't worked.

Can someone provide me toolchain that supports Pulpino. Any help is appreciated.
