'Synchronizing Task List' has encountered a problem.

I get an error that seems to pop up at fairly random times (though it does seem it may be related to refreshing the workspace). The error is titled "Problem Ocurred" and the message is:

'Synchronizing Task List' has encountered a problem.
An internal error occured during: "Synchronizing Task List".

With details:

An internal error occurred during: "Synchronizing Task List".
java.io.FileNotFoundException: http://git.ourdomain.com/api/v3/projects/12/issues?private_token=someToken

I'm not sure if maybe this is a problem with Mylyn itself or the connector?

Any way to even just disable the error dialogue box?
It always seems to pop up at the most annoying times!
