Links not working anymore

While trying the manual patching, images showing the configuration used on the repacking program, the CSV link and the download tools all are non working links.

To avoid future broken links:
-Can a text version of the repacking program settings be added?
-Is it possible to add a description of what's inside the CSV files, in case someone wants to create their own CSV?
-Finally, the name of the tools inside that zip, so in case of a broken link, we can just google each tool.
