What do you think is a fitting name for the pyiron module as well as the spec regarding the above mentioned database?
In my poc I implemented it as cache_database. I am not sure about this name. Better ideas? I just think we should rename it from database to something else to make its intention clear and distinguish it from other databases.

Good thought. For me the term "precomputed" would be a good component of the name, as my understaning of the purpose here is to speed-up node computations by not actually running a node but rather fetching the result from an earlier run in another context.

*another context = a different workflow, different python interpreter instance, etc. -- the hashing still catches that the upstream input is all the same
