Description

In https://quarkus.io/guides/openapi-swaggerui#changing-the-openapi-version, it is still stated that By default, when the document is generated, the OpenAPI version used will be 3.0.3..

But that is no longer the case. Since afaik smallrye-openapi 4.x (quarkus 3.17), the default openapi version is 3.1.
