metaconfig templates in the library-core bundle are out of date

@jrha more of a reminder, it's up to @jouvin to see if this is needed on el5 or not imho. (if they are not supposed to be build on el5, that's also fine).

installed and updated an el6 and el7 node, no issues (with 16.2rc2 with bunch of PRs merged and correct metaconfig templates). looking good so far.

I think I understand why the metaconfig templates weren't pushed, building 16.2.0-rc3 now to see if it's fixed.

Seems to have worked this time, in particular the elasticsearch schema has been updated.
