Currently feedback is only accessible via the developer console, which must be visited manually (the content of the feedback is also not sent via the new feedback email notifications). We should make it easier for developers to ingest feedback where it makes sense for them rather than making them use our console.
There are no current plans to make this feature, but we'll keep it in consideration when creating our roadmap.
In the meantime, we suggest the workaround of making a feedback button prominent within your application and ensuring that users have a clear way to log a support request in the application rather than the framework's feedback menu.
