[Bug] WorldWeaver seems to break text in RPGStats when combined with Croparia-IF

When WorldWeaver, RPGStats and Croparia-IF are enabled together, it breaks RPGStats' localized strings.

I managed to reproduce the bug but I don't know what exactly caused this. So let me firstly explain about what other 2 mods are doing:

RPGStats uses data-driven server-side translation strategy to translate the language keys, via https://github.com/[NucleoidMC/Server-Translations](https://github.com/NucleoidMC/Server-Translations).

Croparia IF does several things related to data loading:

• Before a level gets loaded, Croparia IF will clear a directory (which is the DirDatapackSource). https://github.com/MUYUTwilighter/Croparia/blob/master/common/src/main/java/cool/muyucloud/croparia/mixin/WorldOpenFlowsMixin.java
• After the world is loaded but not starts ticking yet, an extra reload will perform to load the generated files in DirDatapackSource mentioned above. https://github.com/MUYUTwilighter/Croparia/blob/master/common/src/main/java/cool/muyucloud/croparia/mixin/MinecraftServerMixin.java
