I couldn't find the right title for this problem but in Surah al Nisa Ayat 146 (4:146) the verse the word highlighted in the picture has an incorrect harakat it supposed to be the small jeem on top, I checked with my other phyiscal Qurans I have in my house and all of them had the Jeem on top.
