Unfold MRI volumes

Volume data could be uploaded in compressed nifti format (.nii.gz). The position of each voxel transformed using the selected algorithm. The dimensions of the resulting volume will not be the same as those of the input volume. The bounding box of the transformed volume will have to be found, and a volume of this size generated. The results should be saved back in compressed nifti format.

Another possibility would be to use marching cube or surface nets to build a 3d mesh for a given level of the MRI values, transform the mesh, and save the result in PLY.
