Add Ability to Create checks / alerts given an entity ID.

It would be good if we can create a check and alert and alarm given an input for an entity. This would be required for any kind of dedicated setup or DBAAS monitoring setup.

@twistedgrim can you expand on what you'd want the interaction to be like?

I assume you have a cluster of N db nodes that are configured more or less identically and have entities associated with each. You want a way to make a set of checks&alarms for each node, tied to each entity? That sounds like logic that would fit in a wrapper cookbook (that we can write better documentation for).

Is that the use case you were thinking of, or something else?
