Empty SDK Dapp structure to build image

Same functionality as rair-front but with SDK.

Only connects wallets.

Needs underlying file system to build the dapp.

Add profile functionality by default to empty sdk dapp

Also troubleshoot automatic super admin access to first registered 0x user.

Confirm settings page loads and can configure server (colors, categories, rpc, etc)

@RAIReth First user is provided SuperAdmin rights but Settings page is not displaying

@SeanM322 if you can investigate the settings page and why it doesn't load if superadmin is active. check with 2 cases. only admin, and only superadmin
