Issue with ichoropleth

Hi,
I am making a choropleth map of US states, I followed your youtube tutorial however my map is showing up black for some reason. Could you suggest a method to correct this?

I have the same problem. The entire map is black but the legend shows color. Is there anyway you can help sort this? Many thanks! Bindu

No I have not and did not hear back from Ramnath either. I also faced this problem. After changing state names to their abbreviations, I was able to get the map with proper colors.
